Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Campfyer's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Campfyer for personal or commercial campground management purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Subscription and Billing

Campfyer operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

Campfyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
